San Tee is one of the founding members of the firm. She has extensive experience in advising and representing major banks and financial institutions in matters relating to Corporate and Commercial Banking, Leasing, Receivable Finance and Islamic Banking. She is also experienced in defending banks against financial and reputational claims.

Her litigation portfolio spans a broad spectrum of General Litigation, with notable involvement in construction disputes, defamation, trust and professional negligence, estate disputes and fraud-related matters. She is also active in Employment Law and Industrial Relations, advising on workplace disputes, misconduct investigations, and labour compliance.

Beyond financial and commercial litigation, San Tee also has experience in drafting and negotiating Joint Venture agreements, particularly in property development contexts, and structuring Build-Operate-Transfer arrangements.

As part of her commitment to professional standards, San Tee previously served as a marker for the test papers of the Bar Council’s compulsory Ethics and Professional Standards Course.
