Eileen joined the firm in 2005 and was admitted to the partnership in 2010, following years of consistent performance and advocacy excellence. Her practice focused on Commercial Disputes and Securities Law, with particular emphasis on cases involving insider trading and market manipulation. Her work includes advising on regulatory investigations, shareholder actions, and compliance with capital market regulations.

Eileen is a litigator with considerable experience, and she has successfully argued complex civil matters before both the Court of Appeal and Federal Court.

She also brings wide-ranging expertise in Corporate and Commercial Banking Litigation, Probate and Administration, Tenancy and Property Disputes.
