Our Office Operations During MCO (Phase 2)
Following the implementation of the ‘Lockdown Phase 2’ in Kuala Lumpur, our office operating hours are currently from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday.
Majority of our lawyers and staff will be working remotely from home during this period and we remain contactable via mobile phone and email during the normal operating hours. Our contact details can be found on our website.
We are committed to remaining responsive to our clients’ needs throughout this period.
We wish to update that all our quarantined close contacts have been tested negative for the second test and duly served out their quarantine period today.
We will continue to strictly observe the SoPs in place and urge our counterparts to practise contactless service or service of soft copy of documents whenever possible.

As of 19 October 2020, we have received all the test results and none was tested positive. The close contacts have been placed under self-quarantine for 14 days.
We remain operational with majority of us working from home.
We will continue to take all necessary preventive precautions which have already been put in place to ensure the safety and well being of our employees and clients.

As of 17 October 2020, there has been no further positive test result among our lawyers and staff.
The results for a handful of our staff are pending and we will update when available.
We remain working from home and are contactable via our mobile phone and email.

All our lawyers and staff have undergone swab test yesterday and today.
As of 15 October 2020, one of our lawyers has been tested positive and admitted for treatment today.
The rest of us remain working from home and are contactable via our mobile phones and emails.

We are given to understand that our despatch staff has been tested positive for Covid-19 on 14 October 2020. At the moment, only those who are living in the same house with him have been identified by Ministry of Health (MOH) as close contact.
Nonetheless, the firm has taken an extra precautionary measure to decontaminate and sanitise the entire office on 15 October 2020, and practise working from home with immediate effect.
