Lim Boon Peng v. United Orient Leasing Co Bhd [1991] 1 MLJ 292

The Supreme Court agreed with Mr. Benjamin Dawson that a Bankruptcy Notice which was quantified up to a date prior to the date of issuance of the Bankruptcy Notice, was not bad in law.

Re Ismail bin Daud; ex parte Universal Life & General Insurance Sdn Bhd [1990] 1 MLJ 118

Mr. Benjamin Dawson successfully argued in the High Court that the fact that interest was not calculated up to the date of the filing of the Bankruptcy Notice did not render the Bankruptcy Notice bad.
